Throwback Thursday: A Remote Dropper Post from the 80s
I still use a gravity dropper. It may not look as cool as some of the newer option with it's rubber boot but it has worked without issue for 10+ years on many frames.

Replay: Red Bull Rampage 2018
Is judging rampage impossible? It's certainly awkward. I think going to a jam format like the fest series would be the ticket. Let the riders push themselves for each other & the crowd, not some arbitrary scores that cheapen what they just did.

Have Your Say on the Ever-Changing Bike Standards
Bike industry: I like parts with multiple uses. My 26" wheels and tires fit my hardtail, big bike, and commuter. The constant ongoing "obsolescence" of bike parts has made me realize the fruitlessness of chasing the newest shiny object, in bikes and in life. I haven't bought much more than tires and pedals in the last five years and have way more money to spend on travel and experiences. Thank you for opening my eyes!

Santa Cruz Blur TR

$750 USD
Possibly one of the last Blur TR frames to be sold new. I bought it new in 2015 and rode it for a summer and it has sat in my garage since my fickle self decided to build a singlespeed and take parts off this bike. Under 500 miles on the frame. Nearly the same exact frame as the Santa Cruz 5010, and will accept 27.5" wheels too though designed for 26" Apart from a couple scratches in the paint near the head tube (from my brother in law carelessly setting the bike down on a rock) and some dings in the chainstay (my first ride on the bike, I thought my clutch derailleur would keep contact to a minimum. Includes Cane Creek 40 series headset, Fox rp23 shock, SC Zerk gun & bag, and SC chainstay protector. Will also throw in a DT Swiss M1800 tubeless wheelset with the frame for another $150. These use the same hubs as the legendary 240s, but without the fancy extra machining that makes the 240 weight weenie approved. See pics.
