Meticulously maintained Norco Sight C1, the perfect do-it-all bike. Ride Wrapped from day 1, including the fork. Suspension has been frequently serviced and is riding very well. Pretty new tire up front (10 rides or so on it). Only damage is a minor dent in the rear rim from a rock, though the rim is set up tubeless still holds air absolutely fine and also has a Cushcore inside. Yes, the trade teams generally cover the travel, mechanics, accommodation etc for their riders. It's basically a normal World Cup with 2 changes, being 1. the selection for who goes and 2. the kit they wear on race day. Im not saying it makes sense. Thats just what it is.

@gramboh: I would assume they would pit on the timing flats as you say. The finish line is literally right there so from a race logistics standpoint it makes complete sense. They could run shuttle busses up the road for spectators from Creekside, but there arent any bathrooms, water taps, etc. so that could be a potential item to build into a bigger DH event footprint. I am sure the people making this happen are smarter than me and already have thought this through in making the decisions they have before the Canadian Open this weekend.
