Tech Tuesday: DH Helmet vs. Motocross Helmet: Which is Safer?
I had worn a Shoei MX helmet racing motocross for years, took many prangs with that helmet... The one DH crash I had I landed head first and managed to crack the helmet from the hard landing, didn't suffer any concussion or head damage at all (just a bad neck and had to have physio). I think If I wore one of the DH helmets it would have completely snapped off my head from inspecting them at a local bike shop recently.

@redrook: Body armour that is worn in MX is purely to stop roost (Rocks from other riders kicking them up from acceleration) hitting and breaking your ribs, not for crashes.

Canyon DHX frame for sale (Dented) With shock + Crankset
$1 GBPHad the frame for 1 year from new, no scratches or wear signs other than the obvious dent, bike with come with RaceFace Chester crankset and a Rockshox 2014 rear shock.
See the pictures of the Dent, The bearings on the frame are still like when it came out the box as i looked after it well.
bike is absolutely brilliant and i really dont think the dent has taken any strength away from the frame as i've done some pretty big stuff on it so far!
