Marzocchi 888 RC3 Evo V2 TI

$550 USD
Have a 2012 Marzocchi 888 RC3 Evo V2 Titanium for sale. Solid fork. Steerer cut to 5 3/4 (fit my dhr with two small spacers). Scratches on lowers. 3 scuffed areas on the right stanchion, left stanchion is clean. One is very high right under the lower crown and has been buffed and filled. Another has been buffed and didn't require filling, hard to even feel just cosmetic. The last one is more recent and I haven't done anything about it. All of that sounds bad, but it looks worse than it is, the right leg does not leak at all, not at all. The left leg doesn't normally leak, but sometimes after a ride I'll find some oil on the stanchion, maybe time for new seals. I wanted to get all that out there just to be honest. The fork rides awesome and hasn't let me down, I've just been gaining weight lately and don't wanna fork out the money for another spring. The fork came on a bike I bought used so I assume it's the stock spring. Suited me really well at 170, but now that I weigh 180 I want something a little stiffer. I took a bunch of pictures to accurately show the condition of the fork but if there's something specific you want one of let me know. Buyer pays shipping and paypal.

Santa Cruz VP Free Medium

$1000 USD
Got a Santa Cruz VP Free for sale. It's short shocked (sale includes original size shock too) and has offset bushings for a head tube angle of about 64.6 degrees according to my iphone angle finder and a bottom bracket height a hair below 14.5" (stock is 66 degrees and 15.4"). The bike has about 7.75" of rear wheel travel instead of 8.5". Cranks are the only stock part left on this bike, everything else is newer, lighter, and stronger than what the bike came with. The bike is in great shape, everything works great but like any freeride/downhill bike with a couple years of use there are some scratches and what not. I changed the bearings frequently with the last time being 4 months ago (was injured for 2 of those months so they're fresh), also changed the center link at the same time so that'll be good for years. I'll try to list everything but any questions just ask. -VP Free Medium -Rockshox totem solo air with floodgate mod (lowers have some sratches, uppers have a tiny nic) -fox dhx 5.0 8.5x2.5 with 350 and 550lb springs -avid code brakes -sram x.7 shifter/derailleur -funn fatboy bars cut to 30" -funn strippa stem -front wheel: mavic 729 laced to a formula hub, 2.5 butcher -rear wheel: mtx 33 laced to a ringle hub, 2.5 nevegal -burgtec offset bushings (original bushings also included) -thomson elite seatpost -wtb volt seat -fsa pig dh pro headset -straightline chainguide -crank bros 5050 pedals also including tons of parts to set it up with full travel and a dual crown fork: -2009 boxxer wc (pretty beat up, needs a rebuild) -5th element shock -funn direct mount stem

Pinkbike Poll - Should Big Mountain Contests Have Artificial Features?
Ya T Mac answered this question. Used to think wooden features were alright but they give the riders the easy out. Half the comp is building and Semenuk's gap and T Mac's drop showed you can build huuuuge stuff that's more unique than the main drop that everyone else is gunna hit

Video: Trail Trance
@hermit: Aggy's destruction comes from speed and the way he handles his bike like few others can. Anyone can grab a fistful of rear break and skid like these kids.
