It is a special time of the year when changing seasons challenge shooters beyond their subjects and equipment. Some move with the weather, chasing dirt and snow, while others stay put and bounce back and forth as the sceneries change. Mattias Frederiksson takes the latter, working through the transition and keeping his cameras on overdrive as the conditions go from dirt to snow and back again.
Also, I like how proud his voice gets when he says he is an action sports photographer it really drives it home to me that this is his calling in life and he knows it
BIG props to all photographers and filmers. Heavy, expensive equipment, shot after shot, behind the scenes editing. Thankless job but these guys deserve a lot of credit for all the stoke they put out year round.
Agreed. Everybody sees all the gnarly images with no idea of what it took to get it. Hanging with pro riders ain't easy... which is why so many successful shooters were once pro athletes.
I got an F-stop bag this winter (tilopa) best bag I've ever owned. I use it for a camera bag and just a hiking pack! Well worth the investment and the guys at Fstop have great customer service which makes it that much better!
Welcome to the club I'd love to get a tilopa one day for a bit more space - have had a loka for a couple of years and despite using it extensively in the mountains it's still going strong. quality packs
The kind of thing that makes me want to carry on photography, dahm its expensive but when you get those perfect images that you imagined, it really pays off!
