OMG this how wars start haha, i have an idea, how about you go do some mean skids and jumps on the bike YOU love!! who give a rats ass what the other fella or chick is rolling, i thought this awesome sport was meant to be fun, if you don`t like the way things are heading in the sport then FUCK OFF and go do something else!!! really why get all pissed off cos the size of a freaking wheel. just ride your own bike of choice have fun and have a beer with your mates.

its all good!!! if you cannot ride the gondola over those weekends, go to 7 mile in queenstown, the tracks are awesome!! you will have to pedal though, then do shuttle runs at wynyads and mini dream track and then boost up coronet peak to do shuttle runs of the zoot track, and then go rip up the gondola when it re opens for mtbing. queenstown really is mountaining heaven!!!! i live 3 hours drive away in dunedin and feel like a local in qt now, it ROCKS!!! dunedin has got some sick trails also. look me up when you over here and will show you round.

Prototype Maxxis Minion 29" x 2.5" and new DHR 2 Tires - Interbike 2011
i run a 29er single speed for fittness and as a winter bike so i don`t trash my all mountain weapon, its become at least a two bike world, each have there place now. i used to poo poo 29ers till i rode one, great fun but will never replace me 26er :-) don`t knock it till you try it!!
