Here for sale is my gt backwoods which I believe is a 1998 It has been my commuter but it is no longer needed. It is a good bike to ride but does need some TLC. Here for sale is my beloved cube 29er. Did me proud as a race bike last year but after having a bike fit its confirmed it is just too small for me really. Shame as it was lovely to ride. It is based on a cube analog frame with full spec below: Frame: cube analog (medium) Fork: manitou tower pro 100mm qr Bar and stem: eastern with lizzard skin locking grips Shifters: xt 2 x 10 Brakes: shimano hydro (unsure on model) Seat post: eastern Wheels: shimano hubs on alex rims (unsure on model/cube branded) Tyres: rapid robs Cranks: shimano xt 2x10 Cassette: shimano slx chain: clarks 10speed Pedals: shimano spd 540 or flats all good conditon slight wear marks here and there and a chip on the top tube. With much regret here is the auction for my beloved carbon fibre scott scale. Its been a great bike to me but I have always felt its a little small and I have been offered a deal on a 29inch wheeled machine I cannot refuse. Carbon fibre makes the bike ride very light on its feet and absorbs bumps and buzz like a dream, Above all else is FAST! Bike is in great condition and is cleaned and dried after every ride due to been kept inside the house. There are a few wear marks in the laquer on the frame around the seat stays where mud has made contact on rides. But this has been relaqured so the carbon was never exposed. The frame has also had frame protection stickers fitted to the vuanrable areas since new and looks stunning on the clear carbon finisih. I used to work in the cycle trade and have good contacts with the local bike shop that is run by a close friend so the bike is definatly well cared for. Will include a new chain on the bike if I get what I hope for and it will then be 100% ready for anything!
