@two-one: my wife swears by Pilates. She does a class weekly and the additional core strength and flexibility are very noticeable. She really noticed the difference when she couldn’t go for a few months because of Covid.

Behind the Numbers: Norco Sight
@JohanG: speaking for myself, I’m always going to be a bigger guy (6’2”) but some heath issues over the last 2 years really limited my riding and I’m about 40lbs overweight. Even when I’m in pretty decent shape, I’m 190-200 lbs.

@jaame: That is probably the reason. I remember reading somewhere that Neko Mulally uses a Zee so he doesn't accidentally hit a double shift when he only wants a single.

Giant Reign 2 (Large)

$1300 USD
I’m selling my 2016 Giant Reign 2. I bought this bike in January 2017 and have enjoyed it so far. The bike is mostly stock, but has been converted to a wide range 1x10 drivetrain with a Oneup RADr cage and 42t cassette extender. The bike comes with the Oneup Bash Guard pictured. I'd prefer to sell it locally, but I can ship it if necessary. I would estimate that shipping would be about $150 in the continental US, but I can get a much better quote together if you are interested. If you are in Canada or Mexico, we can figure out a way to get the bike to you as well. Thanks!

@JWadd: Trek/Bontrager will give you a replacement helmet if you crash within the first year. Just keep your receipt and they are super easy to deal with.
