Legends of Retallack - Part One
Damn, I was in Kaslo a few years back on a family vacay and had my bike for riding in Nelson but had no idea of the trails around Kaslo! Time to plan a return trip!

Hell yeah I thought I recognized the name. Used to see her up at Big Sky and had been wondering where she's been lately.

Pinkbike Poll - Have You Had a Near Death Experience on Your Bike?
Once I was run over by my best friend in his truck. He was driving behind me and thought it would be funny to give me a little "bump" on the rear wheel. Ended up sucking me and the bike straight under the vehicle quicker than a cheetah fart. Luckily he had the reflexes to pull the E-brake just in time to save me from getting crushed to death by his front tire. The rear wheel was completely destroyed but other than that the bike and myself were fine, just a little shaken. I guess you could say it changed the way I ride because I sure as hell don't ride in front of him in a truck anymore!

Video: A-Line and Crabapple Train
Ha! I've been waiting for this edit to come out! Me and a buddy saw this coming together at the top of A-Line and decided to follow them all the way down! It was unbelievable to watch these guys throw down on all those jumps right in front of you! Bummed I didn't make it into the final cut ;)

Here it is, the bike that is worth spending all your saved up money on (or maxing out that credit card). Reasonable offers considered, No trades (except GOLD) and I will only ship within the US of A. with the color scheme it wouldn't really make sense to send it anywhere else. $4800.00 American Greenbacks Will buy you a size large Turner Burner 27.5" / 650b Full custom build favoring US manufacturers with a patriotic color palate. This bike is TRULY the very best bike I have ever owned. It rides wonderfully, I have made many climbs for the very first time, That DW he knows his stuff. Despite having less travel than my old 26" bike it is also faster on the downs. Speaking of which, I must mention that this bike really does rip down the trail. Why am I selling this amazing bike you may ask? What it really boils down to is putting more money into the US manufacturers; I can obviously keep riding this bike for a very long time and be quite happy with it but if I sell it two things happen. 1. Someone else doesn't buy some b.s. China bike 2. I buy another one creating more revenue for the people making parts here in the US. (imagine star spangled banner playing in the background) Um.... well, obviously the whole bike isn't from the US, but hey, I like to shift gears and stuff got to pick my battles. Rant over. The specs: Frame: Large raw 2013 Turner Burner 140mm of DW-link goodness. Rear shock: Fox KasHima CTD custom valved for Turner Fork: White Brothers Loop 150mm Tapered crown with magnetic lockout (US made internals) Drivetrain: XX1 11-speed. 32t front Chain measures as new (under .25%) Some rock scratches on non-drive crank arm. No issues, works great. Wheels: Industry 9 rear hub with 3 degree engagement for that o-so-fine crank feel and a Hope evo pro 2 front. Laced to Velocity Blunt 35s. This combo makes a killer good feeling wheel and puts a ton of tread onto the trail. Very burly without being stupidly heavy. 1 small ding in each rim. Hans Dampf 2.35 front and rear Tubeless. Brakes: Shimano Ice Tech XT's 180 front 160 rear, Damn fine brakes! Stem: 50mm Thompson Bar: Race face Atlas Seatpost: KS 150mm drop (gets it really out of the way unlike some) Seatpost clamp: Thompson to match stem. Guide: MRP bash, and honestly I rode quite a bit before this was on and I never dropped the chain. Pedals: Straitline Defactos. I did break one pin out of the left pedal, It is visible in the picture and has not been noticeable. Seat: ? Ask if you are really interested, I have a demo saddle on there right now, but can put something else on. Questions? just let me know. I know that this is an expensive bike, but for what it is this is a great value.

Large Knolly Delirium-T 2008. This bike is ready to ride! This is one of the REAL Knollys when they were built in the US and Canada and had adjustable geometry. Need a bike for super tech, steep drop trails? How about some lift accessed wide f+ing open berm and jump trails? Jumps? Street? Well this bike has done it all, WELL. Just dial in the geometry and go crush it. This bike is in great shape and just had tons of work and parts. (Bars and Grips are brand new) Full professional tune up at local bike shop. New chain (old one just under .75 wear) new front and rear deraileur cables, full drivetrain clean, zero trail miles on rear shock overhaul. Rear hub overhaul Fork done last season with only a few rides on it (feels great). Bike is in the shop right now waiting on new brake pads to come in for front and rear brakes. Some specs: Raw Delirium Frame (L) With 4x4 linkage and adjustable head angle and chainstay length Marzocchi 66 ATA with 20mm qr Fox DHX air 5.0 with 2 position propedal (Yes! you can actually climb up things) Magura Louise brakes 203/203mm Dark cycles Arachnid pedals (helza grip) Diety 50mm stem. Race Face seatpost, cranks, bar and grips. Chromag seat qr.
