by Highland Mountain Bike Park
Over 200 racers descended on picturesque Highland Mountain Bike Park on Saturday to compete in the 3rd Annual OverMountain Enduro, the final stop on the Triple Crown Enduro Series. In the peak of foliage season the racers conquered the expanded Highland enduro course with the newly added "Faux Pine" trail as well as the ever popular "Paddy Glades" in a gruelling 4 stage race. In the end; local New Hampshire boy, Ben Moody and Alison Zimmer of Vermont stood atop the Highland rocks for the pros, while Seamus Powell and Alison Zimmer took home overall titles for the 3 stop series.

I like this Ash Burgess guy. In stage four he had enough gas left that when he spotted me up ahead on the course he popped a nice little table over some roots and passed by with a giant smile on his face. Now that s sportsmanship.
