Are you going to have an upper pulley coaxial to the main pivot?
Having bending on the threaded part of the spherical rod end on the rocker is not ideal - but you can exchange it later with an aluminum rocker if it fails.

This is not the correct load application. Better use an offset force which is applied at the tire patch. This creates a moment then, which is even worse what you show right here.
