@Joebohobo: I'm not a rocket scientist but I understand SLM 3D printed titanium has about half the fatigue life of standard forms...whether that is significant I don't know, but if I was swinging a leg over it, I'd certainly want to know!

Albatross Bikes Announces the Apogee Module
Every 3D modelling/CAD system I know of doesn't have mud simulation. If they did, perhaps it would stop engineers from designing stuff that is only a good idea in Monitorland. I ride my bike in Mudland, I need a bike with a low mud to bike transfer coefficient.

@njcbps: I'm 57 and very aware I don't heal as well as I used to. This is the mindset I've adopted too. I always drop in reminding myself I do want to ride next week, next month, next year, next decade. 95% is still loads of fun. 0% isn't!
