Here is a really special bike, previously owned by the Scottish Downhill champion Emma Guy! Pictures of the bike being used by Emma during races can be found here: https://www.rootsandrain.com/rider1478/emma-guy/photos/ The frame is in good condition, a few marks here and there from general use/uplifts but no dents. Spec: 15 inch short frame SRAM X0 rear mech and shifter Hope tech m4 brakes with Hope floating rotors Mavic EX721 rims on Hope pro2 hubs Maxxis Minion DHR 2.5 ST on the front Maxxis High Roller 2.5 ST Rear Maxxis Wetscream 2.5 ST also included Fox 40 RC2 forks - one tiny scratch on the left stanchion that hasn't affected performance at all Fox DHX 5.0 with ti spring Spank 777 bars with Lizard skin Lock on grips Spank 35mm stem Superstar Nano tech pedals SDG I beam seat post with SDG fly ti saddle I've had the bike since december 2011, and to be honest I've found DH isn't really for me. The bike was used maybe once a month for the first year I had it, and a few times in 2012 but has been sitting around unused since the start of 2013 which is a real shame. It does have some sentimental value to me, mostly due to its history but it's a waste to have it sitting around when someone else could have some fun on it! I will upload some pictures as soon as I can, sorry for any delay. I would prefer the buyer to collect in person, the bike is currently located in Rochester, Kent. I can however if necessary bring the bike up to Carlisle during Easter in 6-7 weeks time as I will be returning to Uni at that time.

Just to clarify the wheels are in Rochester, Kent but they can be brought up to carlisle if necessary! For sale I have a Transition Revolution 25 wheelset, taken from a 2012 Transition Bandit The rims are in ok condition, some scratches but no dents or cracks. The bearings in both hubs need to be replaced, the rear hub is worse than the front but both do need new bearings. The front wheel is fairly true but not exact and the rear needs truing. If you have any questions please ask, the price is for the set and I am open to reasonable offers. I am willing to post at the buyers expense, but collection would be preferred. Sorry for the poor picture quality, I will take some more soon!

This is a 2010 Orange Alpine 160, size 18inch. I've had the bike from new, bought from Sunset MTB. The colour is Mandarin Orange, which looks really nice! Has been well maintained over the years, the brakes have been bled so are working really well with plenty of life left in the pads. The spec is original apart from a Hope headset and Answer Pro Taper Expert 720mm Handlebars. The paintwork is in good condition although there are some scratches from storage and transport, and there are rub marks on the top of the forks from cables. The stanchions are in good condition, just one tiny tiny scratch but this is barely visible! Performance isn't affected at all by any damage, frame has no dents or cracks! Shimano m530 pedals If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me! Price is £1550 O.N.O I'm now at Cumbria Uni at the Carlisle campus and will have the bike with me so it's still available Thanks for looking!
