Final Slashes in Colorado - Video
Slippery Stone Productions and I teamed up this fall to nail down a video at the Evolution bike park here in Crested Butte. With winter right around the corner, trail conditions were pretty variable ranging from drifting in fall foliage, slashing snow patches, and straight up pig pen mud. Needless to say, the conditions kept things interesting and overall really fun when I was staying upright. We had just enough time to finish up filming before the snow hit the mountain hard, then it quickly transitioned into full blown winter conditions around here. With a few feet of snow covering the trails now, all I can do is look forward to next season's slash-fest. For now, it's time to dust off the snowboard and practice a little different type of slash.

The bike park is closed and the ski slopes are now open.
