Kona and Saint Present the 2012 Supreme Operator
"One bike to rule them all." Whatever, I find it funny that these bike companies come out with a new bike the shoot a video with the some of the best riders in the world and basically say look what these guys can do with our new bike because it's better than anything else out there. As if we are such cultural zombies to believe such a thing. What they should do is take total noobs and see if those guys can impress with the bike ;-)

Tech Tuesday - Trailside help: Broken Shift Cable
You should do a tech tuesday on it. I have a "what's in Justin's Camelback" list for our customers to look at and here it is: - Water (duh) - Mini Pump - Wrapped with a few layers of duck tape - Tubes (at least two) - Shock pump - Mini tool - Chain tool - Knife - Tip ties - Shift cable - Small adjustable wrench - Sram quick link - Rear der. hanger (sometimes a spare rear der.) - Spare brake pads - Lighter This is my epic pack of course and excludes the food/fuel that I would also pack. I find these tools can get me out of pretty much any situation I find myself in. Oh man how I love being in the bush! Justin

Tech Tuesday - Trailside help: Broken Shift Cable
I don't understand why they don't just advise you to carry a spare shift cable. I always do and most of the time it just bails out my buddies =)

10 Trek Ticket Signature Frame and rear wheel

$600 USD
For sale here is a BRAND NEW Trek Ticket Signature frame and rear wheel. The frame brand spankin’ new and is right out of a box, the wheel has a few miles on it but I just installed brand new bearings for this sale and is in great shape. This frame is the smaller of the two sizes and would be great for a dirt jumper, dual slalom or could be used to race BMX in the cruiser class. It can be equipped with gears and a chain retention device for DS or it also makes a great around town thrasher or pump track bike. The frame has ISCG tabs. Original MSRP was over $900. I am throwing in a rear wheel since it is kind of special being 10mm thru axle and 135mm spacing. Also included is a headset for a tapered steer tube, and a QR seat binder. The frame has built in chain tenioners. The head tube is tapered from 1.125 at the top and 1.5” at the bottom. It can be run with a fork with tapered steer tube or a standard 1.125 fork with a reducer race installed. I can build this frame for you with a FOX F-100 RLC FIT 15mm QR fork and XT cranks for around $1,500 (as shown in the pictures) or you can build it with your parts for my asking price of $600. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks! – Justin More stuff: Frame Alpha Red Aluminum w/semi-integrated E2 tapered head tube, shaped, formed & gusseted down tube, flared seat tube, hollow forged chainstay yoke, ISCG05 mounts, seatstay gusset, sliding dropouts with stainless steel hardware & 135x10mm thru axle Rear Wheel: Bontrager Rhythm Pro Headset FSA taper Extras Bontrager QR seat collar, Trek 135x10mm alloy thru axle
