Hey man I had some questions for you. Is "small frame" a standard frame size? Meaning, small, med, long? I come from the bmx world and they go by inches on top tube to tell size. Im 5'11 and like my 04 specialized big hit cuz it feels like a bmx bike. Short and easy to lift up. I've jumped into dh and am beyond hooked, so I'd love some help figuring these out. Need a frame and rear shock combo. I snapped my elka so gonna update frame too. If you got time hit me up. Josh

Totally agree, early bmx years will give a big advantage. Probably the biggest, learning all the fundamentals so early in life, then jump on a mountain bike for the first time... Boom ...talent? No, bike handling skills!
