Here we have my Vitus Sommet 1 for sale. It's been a terrific bike but I just don't get out enough to justify having it, so selling to build a shorter travel bike. It's in decent used condition. Meaning, it's got some scratches on the fork lowers, bits of the frame etc as seen I the photos, but no major paint damage and definitely no structural damage. It's had a few upgrades and I have just serviced the bearings and BB and bled the reverb. It's a size medium, which would suit approx 5'9 to about 6'2 ish? I'm 6' and it's grand for me. Spec is as follows: Vitus sommet 1 frame with rockshox monarch shock, 150mm travel Rockshox lyric air forks, 160mm travel Easton Haven wheel set Shimano XT brake set SRAM crankset, 30t superstar chainring and top guide SRAM x9 mech and shifter Superstar 40t cassette expander ring Rockshox reverb dropper post Superstar bar and grips, Funn stem Schwalbe Hans Dampf tyres, tubeless ready The expander ring, grips, guide and tyres are one short ride old. Hi lads n lassies Selling my custom 4x bike along with my endure bike as I'm looking to build up a new bike for the spring. This bike is, in a word, unbelievable. I built it from some new and some second hand parts I had with the intention of building as light and fun a bike as possible and it exceeds expectation! The frame is stiff and snappy and the bike rides so light and quickly and airs super nicely. I completely stripped and repainted the frame and had custom decals made for it to match the nuke proof yellow scheme. Spec is as follows: STP frame Rockshox revolution dual air forks, 100mm( slight stanchion wear however it's purely cosmetic, no leaks at all) Shimano zee crankset (new) and superstar narrow wide ring and top guide Shimano deore brake set Alex rims on shimano QR centre lock wheels. Straight and true but the most obvious weight saving upgrade. Easton havoc 35mm stem Nuke proof warhead bars,seatpost and saddle. Shimano sora rear mech with deore shifter and custom 5 speed block The bike is ace, obviously has some scratches from being ridden but on the whole it's in great condition. Selling my downhill bike as I'm really not good enough to warrant having one! Going back to an AM bike, so would swap for a 150mm travel bike. The must is immaculate, couple wee spots of cable rub, however they ate small and barely noticeable. The striking paintjob means it is a really racey looking bike, and is extremely good on steep and demanding terrain. The only things I have changed are the bars and the pedals, to fatbars and vaults respectively. The standard spec is ace and works a treat, so haven't upgraded anything as of yet. Spec is: Large frame with fox vanilla shock, 550lb spring, I also have a 400lb spring ill include. Boxxer RC2's, medium spring Sun MTX rims on kore hubs, maxxis high roller super tacky tires Shimano zee 10 speed mech and shifter FSA Gap cranks E13 chain device and bash Kore saddle and seatpost Shimano deore brakes on 203mm rotors Kore direct mount stem The bike is ready to race, just overkill for my skill.
