Pinkbike Poll: How Often Do You Service Your Suspension Fork?
If you're lazy at heart then only change splash oil in the lowers. On the vast majority of forks (yes even Fox) is takes one or two sockets, a mallet a bucket, 5 quid's worth of synthetic fork oil and 20 minutes of your time. Do this 2-3 times a year - your forks will love you long time!

Video: Beyond the Bike with Danny Hart
Exactly, a couple of years ago how many kids were coming up and riding amazingly to an extent that everyone was saying 'he's a future world cup winner' and they all bloody well are, some have even managed that elusive win. The trouble is we only have 6-7 world cups a year, it's so tough up at the top. I can only imagine and only ever will be left imagining, but to me pretty much all top 20 riders are world cup winning material - that's over 3 years of racing if no one ever wins twice!! How much new talent will come in by then!

Day Two Randoms - Interbike 2014
bkm303 is exactly right, Shimano had the Biopace rings ovalise in the wrong way (ie harder to turn at the top of the stroke). Their argument was that shape would produce a smoother power output rather than have gaps. I rode Biopace myself for a few weeks some years back and found it 'weird', was definitely smoother, but it didn't feel any more efficient and I just didn't feel right, so I ditched them and have kept them in a box to teach future generations hahaha!

Video: Troy Brosnan Crash at Windham
Was thinking the exact same thing - I consider myself lucky and conservative and have winded myself three times, cracked a fullface into a tree, rammed my shoulder into another one at over 40kph and am currently sitting out race season with my first broken collarbone - for me crashing is part of learning. Looks like that's not the case with talent as massive as Troy's :O !
