Pinkbike Mobile Upload Contest - Results

by Karl Burkat

We held a little contest to test out our mobile uploader and had users send over the goods Santa brought em. With over 1000 people uploading their Christmas haul to Pinkbike from over 45 different countries, was great to see the Christmas spirit kicking. We picked four people randomly below and will keep the giving going by sending them some Pinkbike swag. If you want to try out the mobile uploading to your profile, have a peek at the video here.

looks like santa a.k.a parents, must know all that gear very well. becouse if they don't, and wc at home is not made... of gold? you have to argue literaly for years how diferent Transition and walmart bike is...
  • 4 2
Whoever got a full brand new expensive bike or frame should think again... far too much to have been given unless it was a family gift, but even then the family would have had to be pretty big!
  • 3 1
The guy who got that cube with all that kit and other stuff is the luckiest git in the world!!!! I'd be perfectly happy with the helmet never mind the bike and the kit and the shed load of chocolate!!
  • 5 1
You put the cube on the buy and sell the day before you got it for Christmas...

  • 4 1
I think the TLD helmet and hope components should have been the limit with that kid... waaay to much will never know how to save for his own stuff though...
  • 3 5
Why am I vein negative propped for saying a kid got far too much than he should have at Christmas. Look, thats a good 5 or 6k worth of stuff there in that Cube, TLD, Hope and whole load of other shiz...
  • 7 0
It all works to scale. If your parents earn more, you get more. Don't moan, he says he put money towards it too. Thats what being a kid is, scrounging as much off your parents as humanly possible!
  • 3 0
 ^^^^Hah so true!!!

I wish I was the one that got the TR 250!

Some of these peoples X-mas gifts have made me feel a little sick inside, when compared to the odi ruffian grip set and fork oil+ grease a hoodie and the socks that seem to work there way into my gift pile each year. I,ll suck it up and not get all jellious through, at the end of the day were all bikers on here, some may have more and better stuff but we,ll all have a laugh shreddin what ever we,ve got. Happy New Year to all you PinkBikers.

I got a consultation with a doctor to fix my ankle from the family. It didn't cost anywhere near as much as some of these people got, but it means I can ride a bike again, and it out-values any material goods you can name.

cool! i think its one of the most original presents someone could give to you Smile
  • 2 0
think everyone should stop with the hippie rubbish. Most the presents will be directly proportional to their income, and who knows they might volunteer or contribute a hefty amount to charity.
  • 4 0
Well, even if I didn't win anything, I'm pretty stoked that my Glow in the Dark Condom made it in the pics!!!
  • 1 0
Sorry "justin-513" but this is my comments sent with the goat picture.

I've got a Nomad frameset for myself anyway."
