I'm out. I break all the rules
Relax guys, there will be more contests.
KHS has their reasons. They didn't do it "Just cause" or for discrimination purposes.
'Murica!!!! It's like Southern Canada!!!
"silly trivial bike contest didn't go my way.
Better shag on everything America."
How does an american change a lightbulb ?
He just holds onto it and waits for the world to revolve around him.
Come on pinkbike. I thought we were better than this.
What happens if the Queen decides to dissolve the Canadian government?
French Canadians?
/ˌprēdīˈjest/
Verb
(of an animal) Treat (food) by a process similar to digestion in order to make it more digestible when subsequently eaten.
There you go, that's what you all are!
a term used to describe the behavior of others who are often stuck in old ways and partake in discrimination, to behave like someone from before the 1850's aka the pre digestive era (the time when the digestive biscuit was invented see-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digestive_biscuit)
see thats the reason why people hate americans
KHS makes nice quality bikes and they and this is for visibiliy and marketing. They were probably wanting to increase their share of the north American Market.
I personnaly dont ride a KHS right now but its not because I would not like to. Its because we seldom see them in Quebec stores.
So you can basically participate in the contest regardless of where you are, provided you can have it shipped to a friend or family's address in US/Canada.

And yes all my whips are trendy but are the top bikes !
Greater value is pretty cool
For example, a few years ago a company for whom I worked on their SALT (state and local) returns ended up having to pay an additional $200,000+ in taxes due to an employee that worked in a state where they had no physical presence. Because they generated income, even a small amount from that particular state.
I just hope it goes to someone deserving and that it'll make his/her year. No matter where they live.
Man it would be so sweet to win
Bike shops aren't expensive in Victoria unless you're buying Carbon Road bikes or road bikes in general. I lived there (langford area) for beyond 3 years and I can tell you we get rooked further up north after the shipping/handling costs are put into the sales price. The shops have to do it to make an income.
The status will run for 2,900 or 3,500. That is expected. But the Entourage always runs for 5-6k, at least up here it will. A Demo will easily go for either 6-7k depending on model. Sometimes even 8k!
A chevrolet camaro is 125K dollars here and the Specialized Demo s-works is 18K... ( how much is a Demo Carbon 1 in vancouver? )
I'm still waitin to win my lucky 7

[ and the prices are "good" there ]
and I'm not talking about the building/shipping fees per se, but the bikes are all marked up naturally. Like any Retail Store.
Or what about my parents?
