Will someone explain the physics behind whipping a bike 130 degrees then bringing it back straight? I'm pretty sure that defies physical laws in some way! I just simply CAN'T get my head around it!
@clarky78 i`m pretty sure the angular momentum from the rear wheel is a good help to bring it back straight. The rear wheel has a great rotating mass, by increasing the distance to the main axis of rotation (whip), you have to increase the rotational speed (speeding that bad boy up) to retrieve the status quo :-).
The one-handed pointing whip was pretty freaking steezy-Wait! The whole video was pretty freaking steezy! Its all the best fun when its on two wheels!!
On a dirtbike you can get the bike straight again using the throttle and as said, 3 seconds of airtime gives quite an opportunity to get it sideways. Still requires lots of skill of course.
It's called mad skill all about putting all ur weight to one peg turn ur bars Till it hits the stops then turn the bars back it corrects it all bike control ..... And cocky?? I don't think so these dudes are some of the most chill cool guys out there ..... gwin is cocky !!
Wow ur part of the too tuff crew lol if u ride a khs ur Disgracing the brand go ride a specialized u moron !!! And I'm a proud American don't talk trash you prob voted for Obama !! Not only do you disgrace KHS you disgrace the United States of America you pos
It's cool to see KHS going a little "out of the box" amongst other manufacturers with the Dorado and going all out with 650B. Smexy lookin bikes, super sick edit!
If any of their riders see significant improvements in their World Cup results. The rider will be Logan Bingeli, he will be the breakthrough, I would expect pretty much everyone will be racing them next year and 26" DH bikes will be history. Kaboom! Just like that.
650b is going to overtake DH faster than 29ers took over XC, you heard it here first and I am ready to discuss and debate this right here. The haters wi ll become converts as quickly as a Christian in a room full of out-spoken militant atheists such as Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, and Christopher Hitchens(RIP) DH racers are quick to jump on trends if the pros are doing it, so there will be alot of 26" DH bikes out there for cheap. What? Now you are feeling regret for buying a new $7000 DH bike with 26" wheels? 650boom!

Id imagine because some days he just cant be bothered with prepping jumps or a moto track and just wants to grab his mtb and go for a ride. Just because he is a sick fmx rider doesn't mean he has to do that every minute of every day.
I just mean like as far as making a living. There's way more money in motorcycles. I'm not saying he shouldn't ever ride a bike. That would be blasphemy.
Same! I cracked my trail bike going off the stupid rock drop to the left of the waterfall... dumbest drop ever. Wish I had a big rig to ride there nowa days, many gnarly trails out there!
Yes! Ted Williams representing. Love that rock wall ride too, at another...colorful...spot. So cool to see pros shredding my favorite trails. Keep it up!
