To The Point - Bushings
On my Banshee Spitfire V1 these bushings were not long lasting and I got wear issues on the frame... Not a fan of them for pivots exposed to dirt. Worse than ball bearings there. Eventually they are better for shock eyes than teflon coated metal...

This is quite a complex construction - I'm running a much simpler design built out of two zipties and a 4-5cm garden hose since years... Costs less than 3€, easy to replace an renew. Lightweight. Simple. Perfect function. In use on a DH and on a AM/Enduro Rig.

Riding RockShox's New 2014 Pike - First Look
Rockshox, please just cancel the job of the responsible product manager due to not including a 20mm option... This guy does not understand the job.

Less Than 8 Hours Left to Vote in the Photo of the Year Final
How strange it goes.... When I first saw the first round's image selection, these two would have certainly not have been finalists for me for POY. BOTH. Just normal bike-pictures, no special perspective. Number 1 is just somewhere in the woods, nothing special except fog, no special move no special image composition - number 2 is just a whip pic like there have been hundreds before... NO those two are certainly no POY for me... Certainly not. Think I won't vote this time...

The Argument For Short Travel Bikes - Opinion
Agree! Really good article! Riding a shorttravel bike (mine is a spitfire) gives you much more feedback from the trail than a longer traveled one. I just say that: too much travel kills the fun on a trail...

FOX iRD Suspension Setup App - Eurobike 2012
First thought: Complete crap payed by fox users paying high prices for the forks. Second thought: Should better invest in development of the products than in an app or lower prices. Third thought: maybe they USE the data collected in that app to get information on how the fox suspension is being set up and used by the user, to collect feedback for further developments... then would say it eventually might be of some value...
