Opinion: Hello, Can I Get An Extra-Medium Frame Please?
This happened to me, and I hate to admit it. 5’10”, but only 150lbs, and I have long limbs and prefer a smaller ride (so my weakling frame can still toss it around, and it reminds me of my BMX days)
In late 2020, I ordered a Medium Stumpjumper Comp Alloy, sight unseen, and I’m struggling to make it fit. This was the last year before Specialized started using S-sizing, so I didn’t get to benefit from that :’(
Basically have the seat as high as it can go, and bought a riser bar to get +15mm of height, but it still feels cramped on longer rides. Not sure what to do now.

Aug 5, 2017(2) Continental Trail King 2.4 26" tyres
$100 CADMaybe 15 rides on them (less than 1 season, for a weekend warrior), still have the mould release stubs, and never got a flat with them. They are currently on a 2010 Giant Regin X1, and I am ~150lb rider (in other words, very little use)
They're still on the bike, awaiting my 2.2's to swap out; Pics provided on request - I ride mostly pretty flat single track, and I underestimated how fat these tyres are; they're big! I'm replacing them with the 2.2's
Amazing grip; features Continental's Black Chili compound w/ "protection" side walls; these would be astounding on a DH/Freeride rig, but also good for trail riding with a stronger rider than myself.
