Sea Otter Downhill Classic its more about the event, than the track, its about the experience. Its very cool to be able to race the same track than the Pro's and its a very fun track to ride. You can also go to any company booth and get your bikes repair, get new parts most of the time for free or for a minimal fee its awesome. But if you are looking for gnar, just go to the PA race this weekend.

every year you guys keep saying the track needs to be gnarlier.. but does it ever change? no. lol. i think sea otter is first more about the festival and the new bike products introduced to the public. the race is second priority.

if you taking serious, you don't want to spend much time in the air, becouse you loosing time when not on the pedals, that's not good for spectators.

the problem is that its not a steep place, and there is no u can really do to it. its a fun track to ride, and sea otter is more about the festival and not the racing.
