 How does Larock do it?
Every single one of his videos makes me want to get on my bike and go outside, even when its snowing really hard.
He somehow can find a way to make everyone tick when they watch it i guess.

 Great rider and a great video. Dean is super fast and from what i've seen at the races really down to earth, he sets a good example for all the young kids getting into racing on the island. Best of luck in 2011 Dean!!

 Awesome to see how dedicated and focused he in on achieving his goal. A good lesson for whatever career path one chooses. Judging by his speed and fluidity I'd say DH'ing is a pretty good career choice for Dean. Best of luck. I'll be cheering for you come race season.

 Basically they sync to his watch so when he passes the first one the timer starts and passes the second one the timer stops. Pretty sick setup for training.

 You never heard this from me but it's behind the mossy rock outcrop with the bent Arbutus on top. You'll know that you are at the trail head when you cross the dry creek bed with the fallen cedar tree across it facing true north. Ignore the unicorns with rainbows shooting from their butts, they are a decoy, keep going.

 wrong. unicorn horns always point in the directions of epic trailheads. you should know this.
