Looks like it's the seat tube that's of centre (intentionally) and sunder the seat stay bridge has been lived up with that in the photo, the wheel looks off. I could be wrong though

I've walked two exo casings on less than 2 month old 3c tires, both were running over 26 psi
I did notice done very very small rips (like 2mm long) right above the bead in both cases which could well have been the cause.
Now running specialized grid and DH tires with no issues

No, the ban isn't ideal for riders, but you can still take on a trail bike and half shell helmet as far as i'm aware.
TL;DR act like a dick, ruin it for everyone
