Ryan turned 12 in January of 2016. He's in his 3rd season of racing DH and loves it. We travel to Whistler every summer and the Whistler riding combined with the racing has really allowed me to progress at a very rapid pace.. 2014 9/10 Junior National Champion - DH and 2015 11/12 Junior National Champion - DH

2017 Fontana KMC Winter Series, Round 3
Bummer there was no mention of the 14 under open/expert class. Usually we see coverage in the recap for the Southridge races. They're racing the expert/pro course and deserve the coverage

Angel Fire Bike Park Preps for the 27th Annual Chile Challenge, PRO GRT and PRO XCT Races
I think that would be awesome.. I certainly can't speak for anyone else and don't want to facilitate any "hate" as you mentioned it but I would be in favor of Cat 2 running the Cat 1 course.. the 14 under expert change made out here in SoCal in Fontana has been amazing.. the groms who were ready now are in the process getting a couple of solid years of experience on the Cat 1 /Pro course before they become old enough to move up to true 15 and older Junior Ex Cat 1 racers. You have my vote but let's see what others think.. thanks so much for responding to this thread
