Let's be honest: the Sea Otter DH track really isn't much of a DH track. It's short and it's not particularly technically challenging (kind of on par with the 2004 Calgary, Alberta World Cup DH track. Don't remember that one? Well, that's probably for the best). But it's fun, and it's a level playing field. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the pics.

I dig the Giro as well because it looks like a regular DH lid aside from the extra bolts and seams. Most people just want one good looking helmet to use for everything, so cheers to Giro for making helmet. I'm eager to see moar pix of this TLD lid because it looks promising as well.
I'll admit, I'm totally curious about something like the Bell Super 2R, but it looks so aesthetically wrong with the chinbar and short visor. This new Giro looks like a proper full face...
Sea Otter is a big international DH race and the track is flat so dont complain...
