Pole Bicycles Has Filed for Bankruptcy
I would like to thank Leo and Pole for introducing the long and slack concept with steep seat tube to the biking world. I remember around 2017 most other brands were still producing bikes with old school geos. When Pole introduced their first bike a lot of people were pretty much laughing at it. Now after 7 years other brands have slowly moved to the new school geo. I guess being an innovator you have to be prepared to take shit from people...

I hope this means that one is able to buy a Santa Cruz bike in EU without waiting for 1-2 years.

First Ride: The New Santa Cruz 5010 Has In-Frame Storage & a Sporty New Haircut
I think the decision to go MX was a good one for 5010. The market for full-27.5 jibbing bike at this price range was probably quite small, since the majority will buy a dirt/street bike for a fraction of a price. Now in the MX form it appeals to downcountry and trail bike folks who are looking for an agile short travel bike and don't want full-29.

Review: 2022 Santa Cruz Heckler MX - The Battery Powered Bronson
Cool to have an updated Heckler, but I feel Santa Cruz still has room for a light ebike with slim down tube, built around the new Darfon 360Wh ("E2C08") battery (now that they went with Darfon for the Heckler). So basically a competitor to Orbea Rise and Specialized Levo SL. Maybe name it Nickel?

Someone should make a comparison of this and SC Bullit.

Santa Cruz are the Latest Brand to Increase Retail Prices Due to the Effects of COVID 19
I bought the new Santa Cruz Bullit with the X01 Reserve kit from the first shipment last December for a little over 10k€ and very happy with the value. Carbon frame, carbon handlebar and rims. X01, DT350 Hubs, Kashima everything. 2021 Specialized Turbo Kenevo with alu frame and mid-range alu parts is 7600€. So for a little more I got a high end package. And knowing the 3-year SC life-cycle the price will be divided over a long period of time, and with the top spec I don't need to constantly upgrade parts.

With this logic, DH bike videos should feature average bike park riders with average skills who use maybe 30% of what the bike is capable of.

Video: Fabio Wibmer Shows off his Bike Collection Including a Carbon Canyon Trials Bike
@nurseben: True, but Canyon street trials bike could still be a succesful niche model and maybe spark new interest in the category. I mean Fabio has 6 million followers in Youtube, and if only 1/10000 would buy the bike, that would still mean 600 bikes sold and if the price is 2k, the revenue would be 1.2M.

The Complete 2021 Santa Cruz Nomad Lineup Compared
Nice bike, but kinda shame they didn't do MX wheels. I feel that would have been more future-proof with the typical 3-year SC life-cycle.
