 it's really easy to follow in person though, I didn't have a problem knowing where to go, my problem consisted of staying on the bike

 Most of it was one trail, some parts with multiple lines... don't see how it was confusing. Aside from some parts being a bit flat-looking, that trail looks like a lot of fun.

 It's not confusing at all. Got there the day after the race and the only part I missed was the infamous poop-shoot section because I didn't see the sign in time. Great trail with good technical sections. Hope to ride it again soon and not miss poop-shoot.

 That looks like a proper gnarly course! And it was only shaping up to get more rutted and bombed out as the weekend wore on considering how dry it looked. Mad props to whoever rides that regularly.

 Man why is youtube so sh!t!?!? Every other video hosting website works fine on my compy bar-youtube, which always lags, won't stream or just looks like someone filmed with a potato...a Go-Protato

 I thought the quality was poor for the latest GoPro too... Went to YouTube direct and it's tip top. Sharp and no lag. Seems Pinkbike might be limiting the quality to 240 or 360p. Anyone else notice this? On the plus side, it looks so fast at the bottom it's like he's on a dirt bike! Outstanding ride.

 I hate to say it but after last year if you were Gwinn wouldn't you be taking a pre season trip to Europe to ride? Not being rude to America or the course but it's not really like any of the World Cup rounds. If I was Gwinn I'd want to be riding similar tracks to what I'm gonna spent most of the season racing. It's nice to ride dry dusty and rocky trails but riding muddy washed out rutted slop fests with fogged up goggles and freezing fingers is better prep for a wc season. Either that or I'm just bitter and need to book a holiday somewhere hot Wink

 agreed. if spesh have reined in their budget for this year (so they can concentrate on enduro) then he should get a private uplift sorted at moelfre or speak to martin at llangollen. that'll sort him out Smile

 Ummmmm a lot of the Euros are actually out here in California right now, and most of them end up here in the next month of so to ride.

 Well from what i've seen is that most of the Euro riding isn't possible during the winter due to the snow.

 Damn, the bottom section looks like footage from a Baja 1000 moto's cam since it looks like they're going so fast and getting that front wheel popping up on what what looks like flat ground(I know it's not flat.. just the cam making it seem like it.)

 Dropping in from the top of Bootleg is one of the scariest things a mountain biker can do. Riding the flatbed shuttle truck is also up there. Good stuff, I'm happy just to make it down that hill in one piece and Gwinn flew down it. Yah Bootleg! Yah Gwinn!

 Phookin nice track... Proper downhill there you go, i guess with some nice organization you can even make it easy acces so spectators could go and watch.. Ditch SA, i guess itd be nice to watch all the top notch guys ripping some like that racing for points

 I ride here every weekend and the butterflies you get at the top never really go away. Its crazy to see the pros make everything look so smooth and chill.
