 Nothing like Jared Graves telling all of us to stfu hahah. Looks like he was right too. Congrats Jared on the stellar finish.

 Graves for me is similar to Brian Lopes minus the dicky attitude - a proper racer through and through and a supremely fit multi talented biker !

 Who was the guy gapping the rock garden at the bottom after the wooden bridge type right hander? Anyway, he deserves props! As too does Graves for beating the pants off a "little" bike, Stevie for popping a no-hander for the crowd (even though he was obviously disappointed), Sam Hill for walking off that high speed crash, Mitch's wheels for saying "Well no actually, we 29ers don't always roll the best through rooty turns", Mick for making me shout "Go on fella" like a lunatic at my laptop. Rach for winning and then talking about her "medium knickers", Greg for winning by wringing that tracks neck....
....and finally, the PMB track itself deserves some props for not being anywhere near as sh*t as everyone tried to make out.

 Best write up I've ever read. Best part for me was Rach. Seriously fast, seriously funny and seriously cool! Greg definitely deserved his win. Well done to all of them.

 Gutted for Sik Mik and Ropelato. Minaar may have won, but Miks' run was way crazier to watch. His speed through the tables! Really wanted Ropelato to put in a good run too, just to see what he (and the bike) could do at race speed. Stevie needs to throw those no-handers and such in his full speed race runs, we need a new Gracia. Lastly, where does Minaar find time?!?! His ability to reel guys in on the last 30 seconds of a run is incredible. The guy is an animal. To Old-Man-Eggy, the guy who gapped the rock garden was Sik Mik; however I do believe a few others did.

 Greg gapped the rock garden too and flatted the back wheel there. Luckily the air held till the finish line

 Greg nearly flat-landed the first of those tables and he wasn't even pedaling into them. The guy gapping the rock garden was Gee - impressive indeed!

 The crowd was cheering so hard that they pushed Minnaar to go faster even though he was exosted! Amazing!

 that course wasn't suited for Barel. They don't have a lift and rigging up dummy floorboards in the shuttle van can be tricky. The Rosie Ruiz of bike racing.

 During the race the commentators were saying he looked very reserved. Just didn't seem to push as hard as the other guys perhaps.

 He had some kind of stomach bug thru the week and it obviously had enough of an effect on him by finals. Too bad, as he would have surely made the podium at full-strength. As with crashes and mechanicals, that is racing.
