Ive worked in a bike shop for 7 years of my life currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering. I mainly ride XC because of my location and lack of a car so i stick to the main trails. Love to get into downhill when im out of school and have some more time.

not to mention the riding that the three of your guys put on display is something to aspire to when I'm on my wheels.

Thomson Elite Dropper Seatpost - Review
I've seen pictures of brake levers embedded in people's arms and hands before. Brake levers aren't exactly sharp. The Thompson remote on the other hand... aimed straight down and has a nice sharp end to it, asking to tear peoples legs open.

Pinkbike Product Picks
I really think the build quality, and true lumen output on light and motion sets them apart from other light companies. Independent tests show that light and motion products output the claimed lumens for the duration of the battery. While most other lights drop significantly. I own the urban 400 and vis 180 as a commuting setup, and an older stella 500 for trail riding, I absolutely love them. Where they expensive? Maybe a bit if you start looking at all these lights that one can get from China on eBay and other places. I'll take my made in the USA (granted some components are imported) reliable L&M any day over most other high powered lighting setups.

BOX Components Prototype Drivetrain and Disc Brake - Interbike 2013
i had the brief chance to tool around a parking lot with these shifters on a bike last summer. The gentlemen was from VIVO sport vision and im not entirely sure if he was doing some leg work from BOX going shop to shop getting feedback from employees and mechs. They felt really nice and the lever action was great. The only issue i remember having with them was that the paddles shape could use alittle work whether it be in the form of texturing the surface or simply curving the paddle slightly differently so your thumb would better stick to the paddle. But it was serious nitpicking to be honest, the gentlemen did want honest feedback so i felt the need to scrutinize it seriously. Being someone that rides with gripshift, even on the dh bike, i would seriously consider these once they go into production.
