Lapierre Zesty/ Spicy carbon AM/ enduro mountain bike

$1450 GBP
Welcome to a listing for one of the best full carbon all mountain /enduro bikes available! Fast, light, & super capable up & down hills. Highly upgraded from the spec that got it winning reviews I would say on the small side for Large. I'm lanky 6'4 and it’s probably a touch too small. Upgrades include: 160 pike RC forks (£600) (taking the bike from 66.5 to a perfect 66 degree head angle), with 2 bottomless tokens to be more progressive. Monarch plus rc3 debonaire shock £400 santa cruz carbon 780mm wide bars £120 and kore repute stem perfect match but can be cut down Reverb stealth £300 larger 203dia front rotor, charge spoon saddle & mudguard spares include: original fox ctd shock & long shuttle for the 4" shock, spare easton haven front wheel with downhill/ mud tyre. Winter mud tyre for the rear brake pads, Bleed kit, dot 5.1 fluid, New XT chainring & brake pads have just installed and reverb & brakes bled for new owner, forks and shock operate smoothly What mountainbike 'bike of the year' 2013. RRP was 3k & that was with standard fox fork & shock, long stem, short bars & plastic tyres. That's how good this frame is!! 10x downhill world champ brand pedigree The following year models chainstays got too wide & they added some electronic guff 2x10 is a bit out of date but operates smoothly and the clutch in the XT mech keeps the chain on no problem. If the granny gear doesn't get used you could always remove the front derailer to save even more weight. Selling as a new obsession has taken over and I don't have time for everything sadly. Overall in great condition as it had frame protection on since new but with two areas of scratches to the frame as pictured and a small mark high up to one stanchion that have been touched up with nail varnish. Cranks and pedals have the usual scratches but I have included a set of slik graphics crank covers. Sag & rebound are setup for an 82kg rider The only negative point i can think of is that the rear bub needs a small spacer between it and the frame for some reason. I have included a spare incase this gets lost.

Boardman FS Team Full Suspension Small 650b mtb

$620 GBP
2014 Boardman FS team All Mountain bike Small 650b Here we have a proper, British designed All Mountain bike up for sale! Well-balanced set-up and geometry to inspire confidence on downhill runs but light and pedal friendly enough to ride all day. 130mm suspension travel is ideal for xc, trails and some steep stuff and the new standard 650b/ 27.5 wheel size helps it roll over everything. This ticks all of the modern AM bike boxes: Small frame to suit riders upto 5'9" I would say; Lightweight (only 2.8kg!! that's the same as some carbon frames!) with smooth welds, a 67 degree head angle & Tapered headtube for better rigidity. Rockshox Sektor and Monarch air suspension and Clarks hydraulic brakes in good condition Grippy and lightweight tyres: Continental mountain king 2.4 at the front (red chilli compound) and x king 2.2 at the rear. I recently replaced the whole sram drivetrain (cranks, mechs, shifters, cassette) with Shimano deore and SLX as had got on well with this in the past and a good deal came up. This included a clutch rear mech which is better for keeping the chain running quiet with less chance of it bouncing off. I also added a wider bar (740mm) and slightly shorter????? 60mm raceface stem as this was mentioned as a negative in the review. We were thinking about upgrading the wheels and putting some carbon fibre components on such as handlebars, cranks, and seatpost but decided to buy a whole new bike (a £2500k carbon Lapierre) Overall in good condition, but there are some marks/ chips to the frame from use and a small ding to the wheel that you would not notice if I didn't mention it.. Also superficial cable rub to the top of the fork but I have protected the area with electricians tape. I've also applied clear helitape frame protection bought on ebay to the frame and there are 1 or two bubbles but it doesn't look too bad. Please note: I would like another £110 for the dropper seatpost seen in the pictures as it was a £250 upgrade; it will come with a standard easton post otherwise. This bike got got great reviews and has been fantastic for improving confidence and skills coming from a hard tail. I very much doubt you would find a better bike for the money! Normally it is 1k minimum on a second hand full suss. Any questions please call 07967995649
