The black looked good too, I just had a plan for white. That black paint was on there good. I used aircraft paint remover to get the black off, then I found the brown original paint that was on there. Got the sandblasted off. For this coat, I used a spray can of self etching primer, sanded it smooth, and did a second coat, and sanded that. Then sprayed it white, sanded it and did a second coat. Not the best paint job, but it is smooth and looks good. Thanks for the link, it's cool to see how people do bikes different.
