www.eventbrite.co.uk/Racing in the dark is real fun experience the race is for proficient mountain bikers with a high skill level who can ride the steeper downhill stretches and much more challenging technical features of Llandegla. if your 15 or over have a mountain bike, good lights and a helmet then you can race.
The guys at One Planet Adventure and Tillhill who operate the forest have waved the hire fee for the race so the entry fee is only £33.90 including online entry fee.
The fee does not include the car parking fee as a lot of local riders already have season tickets or will come with more than 1 rider in car so you will have to pay for parking at the race.

Thanks for your pointless comment.
You're paying for three timed sections + marshalls. Seems fairly reasonable when you consider that at a downhill race, you're paying for only one timed section of a similar length.
Your comment was stupid. You are paying for the timing and marshalls, and presumably the closure of the trail to the public for the day. How do you not understand that?
It's the same reason a downhill race costs more than just an uplift, you're paying for timing equipment, staff, medics, marshalls, people who have put THEIR TIME in for the race as that is their JOB and income. Don't be such a moron.
