This is for a newly hand built 29 inch 700c mountain bike, touring/trekking bike, ebike, downhill and freeride specific wheelset incorporating brand new Ryde Andra 40 Disc brake specific black 32 hole rims, serviced black Hope Pro III SP-AM4 front and rear, 4-bolt disc specific hubs, DT Swiss Champion straight pull black spokes and black nipples. All Andra rims are built to withstand and carry more load than regular rims and can ideally be used for not only regular e-bikes, but also transport bikes with or without motor support. The Andra 40 rim is the solution to get the strongest wheels for hard used bikes and can take up to 180 kg. From cargo bikes to family bikes ('bakfiets') to mountain-bike downhill bikes. The 25 mm internal width works perfectly with all the wider tyres (37-62mm) that are available. If it has to last, take the Andra 40. The black anodised and polished sealed bearing Hope SP-AM4 hubs have been fully serviced with new bearings. The front hub can be set for 100mm qr, 100mm x 15mm, or 110mm x 20mm; the rear hub can be set up for 135mm qr, or 142mm x 12mm - I will set up the axles before sending. The rear XD driver can take XD compatible cassettes. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with new DT Swiss Champion straight pull black spokes and black nipples. The wheelset is finished with 185mm 4-bolt rotors front and rear. This beautiful wheelset has been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations. With an inner rim width of 19mm the Mavic XM319 rim is the go anywhere, mid-range disc rim. Wide enough to allow the use of large volume tyres, eyeleted for more durability, solidly pin joined and especially designed to withstand the stress of disc brakes, XM 319 Disc will bring you anywhere. The strength stems from the use of 6106 aluminium alloy which is stiff and results in a responsive rim. Recommended for tyres ranging from 1.50 to 2.30. This is for a newly hand built 26 inch Mountain bike rear wheel incorporating a used white Halo SAS 36 hole rim, a brand new black Shimano Deore XT M756 6 bolt disc specific rear hub, Halo black spokes and nipples. The used Halo SAS rim is in great condition with no dents but with some cosmetic marks. The SAS is Halo’s super tough jump/downhill rim. The double eyeletted super wide 37mm rims are welded and pinned for maximum strength, and suitable for tyres up to 3 inch wide. The Shimano Deore XT M756 disc rear hubs are the perfect partners for Shimano's Deore XT hydraulic disc brake system. The hub shells are made from anodised aluminium with a strong 9mm CrMo axle on the rear. They have sealed contact bearings to increase service life by preventing water and mud ingress, and low-friction Borozon treated bearing races for a precision rolling action. The rear hubs are set for 135mm quick release - skewers provided. The rear freehub will take all standard 8 to 11 speed MTB cassettes. The rim is 3-cross laced to the hub with new black Halo spokes and nipples. The wheel is finished with Schwalbe High Pressure rim tape, a serviced Shimano Hyperglide 9 speed 12-23 tooth cassette, and a serviced Shimano Ice Technologies RT86 180mm brake rotor.
