2012 Norco Range LE This has been by far the best bike I've ever owned in over 25 years of riding. Bought it in 2013 and rode for three seasons. This was a $9000 USD bike. I've copied and pasted the specs from Norco https://www.norco.com/bike-archives/2012/range-le/ Differences from the specs are: -XT brakes (awesome brakes) -Brand new XT cassette and chain -Bearing upgrade in the wheels I'm driving from Calgary, Alberta to Sedona, Arizona on Monday, Feb 29. So I thought maybe I could find my bike a new home along the way! Kokanee Crankworx Canadian Enduro - Presented by Kona
Hey Brule, Chubby here, I'm going to put one on in Hinton, Alberta, on August 28 this year, along with the marathon I organize now. I'm trying to find the best/cheapest way to time it. The course is perfect for enduros as there are long climbs with long descents. I'm going to time two of the long descents, about 250 meters of vert each, this year. I can get chipped timing for about $1500, but that would probably put the event in the red. Or I was thinking of using a google docs shared spreadsheet that could be updated live by timers on course with smartphones. It would take a lot more volys than I have now though, and a lot more pain in the a.. If anyone has ideas, let us know please! And come try out the race, you'll be amazed by what the trail gnomes have been growing in forests around Hinton.
