Aaron Chase and Cannondale Part Ways After a Wicked Run
Got a 2008 chase complete when I got back into mtb. Such a great bike, hardcore hardtail that took a he'll of a load of abuse and held up, bloody light as too!! Loved that bike

From the Top: Hope Technology Owners Ian Weatherill and Simon Sharp
Yeah totaly! I work in a commercial alu foundry an the stuff we make is dog sh#t. The amount of returns we get is ridiculous, porus castings, shrinking an blows inside the metal Forging makes a much harder, denser piece to work with

I was warned how flexi they are before I bought mine but, I didn't think it would be that bad! The 2.1 tyre would hit the frame in corners and pumping takeoffs! The chain came off in bumpy terrain so many times it was dangerous. I just couldn't trust it.I'm a pretty good bike mech, I used to mech in a shop, so I know it wasn't my set up or parts. I can only put it down to the frame flexing so much it put the chain line out reasy bad! But I'm about 90kg an far from the smoothest of riders. I think they're desighned for light 70+ kg smooth riders, they are primarily a road bike company

Dartmoor Phantom before this, only a few mm longer tt but felt like a lot more, another very nice bike. I only changed cos I allways wanted a stanton but didn't have the £ at the time Before that I had a cotic Bfe classic which was terrible, way too flexible an had major drivetrain problems
