What a year it has been. It started with a bang with an amazing turn-out including a heap of World Cup regulars for the Underworld Cup, taken home by Conner Fearon. A new venue that definitely earned a spot on the tour at Silver Mountain Bike Park. And now the finals at Stevens Pass Bike Park with a bunch of overall titles on the line!

-Overall Standings

That's right, this weekend, at Washington State's one and only lift accessed bike park, the 2015 NW Cup will be settled. The usual ample practice Friday and Saturday, followed by Saturday night seeding runs for the Pro and Junior Expert classes, and game time all day Sunday. Also added to the festivities will be a Team Robot/Gravity sponsored season ender party in the pits Friday night starting around 8ish. More on that on our Facebook page (NW Cup) in the coming days. Movies, downhill domination tournament, and an insult contest. That's all I know.

Thanks to everyone that has participated in, and helped produce our 8th year of solid racing in the PNW.

Slingshot wookie is such an insane run, even a more recent updated video of how the trail is today wouldn't do it justice. I absolutely hated tech runs until Slingshot wookie. Changed my life, saved my dog, I stopped drinking, my penis grew. Just kidding on the last three.

My first run ever down was still my fastest to date, definitely one of those trails you can shred all day!

OK, Scott here, and I am suffering from fatfingeritis. While Silver STAR bike park is awesome, I meant to say Silver MOUNTAIN Bike Park in Kellogg, Idaho. silvermt.com/Summer/Mountain-Biking

So glad I entered the NW Cup this year. Totally worth it. If you are a rider in the NW(or even the west)you should seriously consider signing up for a race or two. Nothing is more fun than finding a friend and traveling around to the different tour stops, camping out, riding new trails, riding water slidesWink meeting (mostly)cool people and enjoying a little competition. Just do it,you'll be glad you did.....

It would help if the video wasn't dated. But ok.

Is this the same track we saw Dan Atherton's ripping on a few weeks or months ago?
