Cannondale F3 "Badboy"

$400 CAD
Hi I'm selling my Black Cannondale F3 which is basically a "Badboy" but with 26" wheels. I've swapped out the front shock (Super Fatty Ultra DLR80) for a rigid fork as i had nothing but trouble with that fork. The bike has been my trusted street demon for many years and has had the brakes and drivetrain upgraded throughout this time. I've done my own maintenance and the bike is in good condition. The gears shift well and the brakes were bled last season (I might be able to include a brake bleed kit). The chain should probably be replaced but you can get away with another season, i have a chain i could include for close to cost. The wheels are true but the bearings are pitted, this doesn't matter so much but it means you'll have added rolling resistance on the wheels. The rear tire is close to it's end of life but i'm quite sure you'll be able to ride it another season or two. This bike would be perfect for a 16-25 year old who's looking for a great street bike. It's very light, and the componentry is great but doesn't draw too much attention. I've never really ridden this bike on the trails and the one time i did i had a minor accident where i pulled on the front brakes too hard and the bike tipped over and dented the frame on the top tube near the headset. I wouldn't worry about the dent, i'ts been there for 11 years or so and hasn't led to any failure. Currently the bike has some Pitlock wheel locks (I have the seat lock as well). This is the best system for locking your wheels up, it's a custom nut and key buried in a collar which makes it pretty impossible to remove. This retails for $80 CAD and i haven't decided if i'll include it with the bike as i might put it on my son's bike. If you want to pay $40 for it i'm happy to include it. I also have a Topeak rear panier rack i could include for $20. I also have a panier bag i could include for a price (it's an Arkel rear panier). I'm in Toronto at St Clair and Dufferin. Happy for people to come and test ride. Let me know if you have questions. Giant Reign X1

$900 CAD
Hi Update: The bike is ready for sale as i've just found a new bike. I'm selling my 2007 Giant Reign X1 (large 20”), yes it's old but it is in good condition and still rides trails like it did back in 2007. Wheels and gears may have changed on today's bikes but the geometry is still the same and this is still a good all mountain bike. A great thing about this bike is it comes with the DW Link rear suspension (Dave Weagle) which is basically the best suspension platform for pedaling (e.g. uphill). I had the front fork serviced at the start of this year, new seals and oil. I've just bled the hydraulic line on the Reverb dropper post and the Avid Juicy brakes. I think it would be a good option for someone just getting into mountain biking or perhaps a good bike for your son. The specs are basically the same as here https://www.mtbr.com/threads/reign-x1-2008.719342/ . I actually put the geometry of the bike into bikeinsights, https://bikeinsights.com/bike-geometries/6121688378018a0022e3fb37-2008-giant-bicycles-reign-x-xl , i had to manually measure some dimensions and you'll see the top tube does not match the bike exactly as the reign has the top tube slope down but then curve up. Anyway i found this website a great way to compare bikes, hence if you've ridden a bike you can match it to the above link and see if it would work for you. Garneau F20

$50 CAD
Hi, I have a Garneau F20 20" kids bike for sale. I'm not sure how old is, we bought it last year from Sport check as a bike that had been traded in, so it is likely 2-3 yrs old. It's a steel frame, some wear and tear is visible but there's no dents or damage. The chain did get a slight spot of rust but it's nothing to worry about, all the links are in good condition and i did re-grease the chain this spring. Brakes and tires are in good condition. Not sure on frame size, pretty standard 20" bike. Stand over clearance 19", chain stay length 14.5", Wheel base 33.5", Seat in high position (pictured) 28"
