Specialized are very liniar ... never understand really the combination with a steel spring. But it depends much on the tune i suppose. On mine enduro i always used the whole stroke even on small jumps and full with spacer (rs monarch M/M)

@johny88: its everything custom made for the rider and for the track ... just have the same parts dont help you much. And those parts don't make -30 seconds ... Get in the time of the top 100 without them (or ride the track without chain with only 20sec behind the best), and then you can think for more ;)

Run them already for over 10 Months ... and few nasty pinches without any consequences (on YT capra)
With sapim CX-ray spokes 1680g. Tubeless without any problem with normal floor pump (maxxiss and schwalbe)

Sooo ... does this means HSR must be as little as possible (to recover fast form deep strokes), and LSR as high as possible (to slow down the rear not to overshoot to much) ?

@powaymatt: exactly ... its for all those riders who want to have a good mid support but dont want the hard ramp up at the end if achieve it with tokens. The closest to coil that you can get. This is now the 3th generation and its pretty dam good machined.
