Cane Creek's New DB AIR [IL] Shock + OPT and DROPT Remotes - Press Release
@CaneCreekCyclingComponents: will TFTuned do this internal rebuild in the UK when I get my 2nd hand, not in warranty DBinline serviced? cheers. That would be awesome - in effect you are upgrading the existing units to get rid of the design flaws. Respect.

Stepping Out of the Pain With Gee Atherton
Truly great piece. respect to all, from a medical aspect in the UK MRA means either an angio... or this instance definitely an Arthrogram under MRI. You don't need to see the arteries / circulation from an angiogram to see the rotator cuff. In fact you cant. The is very little vasculature, that's why these damn things don't heal. MR Arthrograms reveal cuff tears better than any other imaging modality. I had one 3 weeks ago...still in denial, praying that the steroid injection with avoid me surgery.... had the injection done 48 hours ago - time will tell.... at least i can move it better than ever from last July.... good luck all on here with Cuff Tears / SLAP lesions / biceps tendonitis!!

The Tuesday Tune Ep 8: Why We're Riding Telescopic Forks - Video
As a PRST 4 owner ( about 12 years ago ) I loved this film. many thanks. I now have a fox 34 (2015) 150mm. On a trail bike that has the same travel as my first Dh bike ( stinky, that weighed 14lbs more than the bike I now near always ride - mucking about on jumps in the woods / 44 km big days / 250km a week alpine tours etc... etc.. ) having bought into 12 years plus of tech.. very happy to say the brake dive issue is basically gone in terms of rider experience with telescopic forks. They even work for more than a week. previous brake dive issues were horrific even 5 years ago. it's a forgotten issue for me these days. No idea how it got sorted. Don't really care... it's all history now. Thanks Fox, Rockshox etc... for the R and D. Respect.

What's the Perfect Tire Width For All-Around Riding? - Pinkbike Poll
2.4 conti black chilli kevlar side walled trail kings.... at 20 psi for everything. used for the last 12 months - not one puncture nor burp. - alps, DH courses, 45 km epics etc... etc... - ( 2000 km plus) they are about schwalbe 2.35 in true width and IMHO rather good at just about everything, except tarmac. we all have our own tyre opinions.. but if you find your tyres are OK on tarmac....for any MTB tyre set up wrong or not the right tyre for you, just saying...
