Take this to a pro.
Sand blast it and have it powder coated black. It will look much cleaner and more streamlined.
Also it looks like you left some stickers or ducttape near the top tube?
and I'm not flaming (lol)
Just having a sprayed on paint job tends to crack and flake over time. It wouldn't last or protect.
