Enduro World Series Round One: Punta Ala, Race Day!
seeing some of these top pros getting worked in the enduro brings some credibility to the format, which interestingly, mimics the sort of riding that most mtbers in the universe do. not that it diminishes the the validity of DH, or XC for that matter, but it showcases that each format has its own level of specific athleticism. in all formats, they are all amazing athletes in their particular specialty.

this is brilliant on the part of specialized, having the dominant DHer run a 29er... and then the win! i'm impressed that gwin won in such a tight race (how the heck does he do it? but marvel at the fact that he DOES it, regardless of details.) as is often the case, we are providing great market research to the bike corps as we spray here on pinkbike. i'm not complaining. i'm willingly complicit!

Lance Armstrong's Confession
despite all the soul crushing reality he heaped upon so many people, the greatest contingency of loss was not even acknowledged in his interview: the millions who believed in his story and found inspiration to fight their own battles. those legions didn't even cross his lips in consideration. that was what i found redemptive about armstrong, even when the entire world knew everyone was doping... that there was a greater good to his means of success. doesn't seem as though he even thinks this. upsetting.

Supernatural - Jaws Finds A New Zone
great color treatment and interpretation, and some of the best examples of dealing with the high contrast light of daytime forests that i have seen. nice work!

wow.
laughed my butt off...
and then into one of the freshest edits i've seen in a long time. too many examples to sight them all... but the cut at 2:14 is beautiful. great work. great riding. thanks for the inspiration, and for seeing some things in some ways that they haven't been seen before.
