The mountain bike community is getting ready as Brandon Semenuk debuts his first feature film,
Brandon Semenuk's Rad Company in
North Vancouver, BC this Saturday, June 7th. The film is set to deliver a high performance audio/visual experience that will flow like your favourite mix tape - seamlessly meshing the highest levels of mountain biking with an incredible soundtrack. The creators of the film wanted this experience to extend beyond the big screen and out into the world premiere itself. They have been working hard to build out the most eclectic party the mountain bike industry has seen in a while.
| While it is full of top notch riding, this film will not be your average shred flick. We've gone out of our way to add never before seen creative touches to each segment and want the world premiere to do the same for the people attending. We had to abandon the traditional theatre and find someplace awesome. - Derek Westerlund, Executive Producer of Rad Company and founder of Freeride Entertainment |
After a few days of searching, the crew pinpointed the perfect venue, a large empty warehouse down on the shores of beautiful North Vancouver in Shipbuilders’ square. Rumor has it audio/visual experts, lighting companies, food and beverage vendors, artists and other creative types have been working hard to build this movie premiere and after-party from the ground up.
| I look forward to seeing how this comes together. The venue looks amazing and it's shaping up to be a night that I'm sure will go down in history for all of us. - Brandon Semenuk |
Doors open at 8pm. After party will take place in the same location until 12:30am.

I hope this does not mean 3 mins of looking as moss , dead trees and abandoned buildings.
Been to the Queen Charlotte Islands, which isn't far away from Vancouver Island.
