I rode the London 2012 course and while it looked a bit soulless from a work out perspective it was tough! And fake rock gardens are not less tricky than real ones.

watching the women's race I'll say that there's a long opening start lap with lots of room for moving through the pack...
also...I did find one clip on absalon's Instagram feed where he was riding with Sagan...but it was very short.
