Dec 8, 2012Commencal Supreme DH V3 2011 Medium
$1800 GPBUp for sale is my 2011 Commencal Supreme DH V3. I bought it off a mate in October 2011 and he had owned it from New in May 2011.

Cranks: Truvativ Descendant with BB and 36T chainring
Chainguide: Gamut P30
Shifter and Mech: SRAM X9
Tyres: Michelin DH16
Headset: Cane Creek IS24
Stem: Marzocchi Direct Mount 53/24mm
Bars: Spank Spike - Cut to 755mm
Grips and Seatpost: Commencal
Saddle: SDG Circuit
Pedals: Not Included
Being honest, couple of minor bad points worth mentioning:
There are a few scuffs and a bit of paint rub as to be expected with a used DH bike, but nothing too serious. The worst being a patch of paint rub on the down tube from the bike being shuttled (now covered with Howies stickers, see photos)
The bottom bracket is a press fit one and creaks a bit sometimes. It spins and works well though.
The plastic cover on the lower roller of the chainguide is split, but doesn't come off. Again it works as intended (new bearings last August).
Tyres - front ~30% worn, rear ~50% worn. At least the rear will need changing reasonably soon, but they are ok at the moment.
I can't remember what weight spring is currently on the rear shock, but I'm 11 stone and it suits me fine.
Overall - Great bike in very good condition. It's ready to ride (once you put some pedals on). I loved riding it, but building a new enduro bike means I need to sell it.
Price: £1900 ono
I'm based North Herefordshire (near Ludlow) and will deliver it free to any handy-ish riding spot. (Bringewood, Bucknell, Hopton, Long Mynd, Eastridge, FoD, Wyre Forest, even Nant-yr-Arian, Dyfi Forest etc.) I don't really want to post it, but I can post at cost if necessary.
Cheers

The New Banshee Rune - One Bike to Rule Them All
Been thinking about a do-it-all fully to go with my hardtail, I think this might be the one. It's so nice!

The Argument For Short Travel Bikes - Opinion
Definitely agree with this article. I been riding my Cotic BFe hardtail for the past 4 years for everything. Done plenty of uplifts and days out at DH tracks with it. Yes it is never going to be as fast as a fully sprung bike but it really does make you pay attention!
