The Warrior Diet
Simply not a great idea. The body and brain need food to function,food provides the fuel and energy required,without it performance is decreased.
Just look up the role of ATP Andenosine Triphosphate to see how food molecules are broken down to produce ATP which is the 'energy' part in every cell...needed to maintain biological order,this ATP is used up very quickly and constantly needs replacing,the body does store some but needs topping up constantly.
In short the body needs food to maintain energy levels.
