wtf didnt see them results coming Razz !?!?!?
alot of under rated riders doing well, shows they have the tech skills! nice.
  • + 5
surely if brendan had it, he would have won, but he didnt have it because he wasnt smooth enough and made mistakes. Mistakes are your own fault and you could have not made them
  • + 2
where are the full results though?! i want the points ands times and everything like usuall

And a big Get Well Soon to anyone that was injured, expecially those that had to be airlifted off the course

I wanted Fairclough to win! He's awesome... whip here and whip there....
  • + 2
the whip here and there probably cost him time... Razz
  • + 2
Fairclough is the bubba stewart of mountainbiking! But in a better way!
  • + 1
ya, he just doesnt crash as much as stewart Razz
  • + 2
uttanutta12 is right, if he did not get those whips in perfectly strait then he was gonna get slowed down. and the and the back tire being out sideways would also slowed him down, it would have acted as a sail .

Did anyone watch the race live? Did you see the French National champ punching himself in the head. It was the funniest thing I have ever seen at a DH race!!! He crashed and I'm not sure what happened but he was trying to fix his helmet or something and was whaling on his face for a good while, it was hilarious!
  • + 2
were you not watching it properly??? he was trying to get his peak up which had got stuck
  • + 3
I didn't see what he was doing, I was too busy laughing my ass off to really look anyways.
  • + 1

Way to go GWIN, got some top ten American pride. Looks as if the officials finally let him off the hook for not being able to get back up to the upper section he fell from. Good going.

Am I the only one wondering why Peatty did a bit terrible so to say? Would've expected him to do a bit better than 18th.

The high line he took on that one corner was pretty sick.

Pedemenaud tried the same line and washed out. Crazy how he still ended up with two crashes.

Great race, too bad i missed it towards the ending. Frown And CG never fails to impress, even in the WC races. Big Grin
  • + 1
What did CG do this time??
  • + 1
He cleared the jump section in one go with a huge whip (if I remember correctly).
  • + 2
What? He cleared each jump(which everyone did), and busted out a one-foot table over the first double, and a whip/table on the second jump, couldn't really see because of the spectators.
  • + 1
Yeah, thats it Big Grin Sorry mate, my bad for not remembering right. Too caught up Wink

CG rulez !
  • + 1
He's still injured from Fort William.
  • + 1
 oh it ain't good.
  • + 1
i would have thought that CG would do better than 29th place
  • + 1
yeah that's right. but he did one footer on jump. he's a legend in downhill.
  • + 1
I wouldn't say well down, he was 6th at the last race. According to Rob Warner he hasn't done any training in the winter because he's done so many press shoots and events cause he won Worlds.
  • + 1
Yea, he is just resting this year. We will see him winning again next seasonBig Grin
