Being in control is good, but being on the ragged edge is better! Honestly, gunna be an epic battle between Hart, Bruni, Brosnan, Gwin and Minaar etc. Can't wait for it
Danny looks really composed lately. I've heard a story from a guy racing Fort William several years ago, the year leading to his win at Champery. He said that during the practice , the riders who stopped by the track for a breather ot to check others lines, were looking away when Hart was coming because he was so loose, he looked like he's going to crash all the time, and crash like really badly.
@WAKIdesigns: Yeah perhaps save that for when you're sat around a campfire mate You are correct about Danny looking composed though. Whenever there's a picture of him, his posture is just perfect. He looks strong, and probably has the core strength of a Greek God. Would be really interested to know his gym and diet routine.
I was thinking that, would be a little awkward for whoever makes the decision on who races for team GB. Didn't make the cut originally and then goes on to place well...
@Grutten: They don't just pick their favourites, there is selection criteria and the UK is filled with talent. Would still love to see Kerr do really well though.
Pinkbike does a better a job in filming than Redbull Tv. They know which spots of the track are interesting to film. Pink bike please take over filming the DH Worldcup!
@theeastcoastcrew: first time I ever rode that place was on a Raleigh m80 hard tail with rock shock psylo with sun rims/3 " Gazzaloddi, after that first trip it was azonic eliminator w white bros inverted fork. gets pretty slick out there when it rains it's like a granite and roots slip and slide. Man I got to get back out there and ride. East coast nuff respect
I guess once you've nearly destroyed your foot to the point that you might not be able to walk properly again it all seems like a ridiculous risk.
Hill has come to the same conclusion.
amazing story !!
